- We're cashless!
All clients are now required to pay for appointments upfront upon booking. Once we have arranged an appointment date and time, I will send you a confirmation request for your appointment and an invoice for your required payment.
- When attending your appointment
On arrival please use the side entrance to access the clinic. Please arrive for your appointment at your allocated time only as there are no waiting rooms in use.
Your therapist will then greet you at the door. Please wear a face mask to and from your appointment unless medically exempt.
All clients attending for acupuncture are asked to eat before attending their appointment. This is very important and if you have not eaten please notify your therapist at the start of your appointment.
Cancellation
Need to reschedule? No Problem! Simply give me a message and I can rearrange this for you.
For treatments cancelled or rearranged more than 48 hours before the arranged appointment time there will be no fee.
For appointments cancelled within 48 hours, if you do not show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, the full fee for the appointment will still be due to be paid. This must be paid before you may book another appointment.
